Beautiful desk, was very straightforward to put together! Some reviews have complained that it was difficult to assemble and I definitely would disagree on that front! My husband helped me with a few steps but I was able to put most of it together easily on my own without issue! The main desk/counter piece is extremely heavy so while the rest can be assembled by one person, that piece will almost definitely need two people to lift that to put it into place! One thing to note about the color. I purchased the grey/bark color and I absoloutely love it, but it is definitely more grey than I expected from the photo. It worked great for me because I was redoing an office space and this color is even better for that space than the color I expected it to be, but just in case anyone is expecting it to be predominantly brown, it is definitely more on the grey side! But beautiful! Everything came very well packaged, the boxes had gotten quite beaten up on the outside during shipping but everything was packed extremely well and padded well so it was all in perfect condition despite the outer damage to the box! Purchased this through Costco so the price can't be beat! I did reach out to customer service as I was short a couple of the plastic caps that cover the screw pieces (the ones that tighten/reinforce everything) and they were so quick and helpful! They mailed the extras I requested (plus a few more!) right away free of charge and it arrived very quickly. They clearly really value good customer service and great products and I would absoloutely buy from them in the future! I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this, and I honestly don't know what those with complaints are talking about because the quality is excellent and the style is beautiful! It is exactly what I needed for this space and I am extremely happy with my purchase! Highly recommend this desk and company and will be buying from them in the future!

Great desk. Lots of storage space but it seems like a bit waste of desk top space with the L design. Another set of legs would make two separate pieces of furniture but would help utilize the desk top better. Was not as difficult to put together as other reviewers said.

The desk looks and feels great. Gives me lots of room to work. When I received the package, the one desktop had gotten nicked up pretty badly in shipping. I called Bestar. They asked me for the part number (which is on a sticker on the piece) and immediately re-shipped just that piece, saving me from having to return the whole thing. Great customer service!

Our furniture is warranted to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship. These defects include all the imperfections that can affect the use of the product. As is most often the case, our warranty covers the normal use of the product. To this effect, note that except for the Outdoor collection, our furniture is not intended to be used outdoors.
Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of components and furniture for the period specified on the product sheet, and it does not include labor or assembly costs.

Enjoy free shipping to most locations in Canada and the contiguous United States. Exceptions apply to certain restricted areas.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. We suggest you track the delivery to plan for the arrival of your furniture. The merchandise will be delivered in front of your home or office. If the boxes are large (box dimensions can be found on the product page), we suggest you get help to move the boxes inside.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We hope you’ll fall in love with your new furniture! However, if you aren’t fully satisfied with your product, we have you covered with our 30-day return policy for all eligible orders. Don’t recycle your boxes just yet! Items eligible for a return must be in their original condition and packaging.
It’s easy to initiate a return! Send an email to our customer service team’s returns division at freight@esolutionsfurniture.com. Please include your order number in the email. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
If the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, we will refund the price of the item at the time of purchase. A 20% deduction will be applied to cover restocking fees.
