Nice Final Product

This bed was NOT easy to build in my opinion, but I always have issues reading furniture instructions. It took my husband and I almost 10 hours to build. A couple damaged pieces but customer service for this company is great and they shipped new parts with no charge and no hassle. My only other issue is that the feet have begun to scratch the top of the bed, where you put the bed up. Not sure why as it only began to do this.

We purchased this Wall Bed for our basement so that the space could double as a guest room. This product fits our needs perfectly. It is well designed and solidly made. I will note that putting it together is not for the faint of heart. It arrived in many boxes on a long pallet and took my husband and brother-in-law, who was in the trades, over 8 hours to put it together. BIL actually commented that it was wonderfully well designed but took more than the average set of tools most homeowners had. Now that it is together I can easily say that I love the look, shelving, and the little touches like the electric lights operated via a 'touch' button from the side of the bed.

Great design, small production flaws.

The product itself is very solid, well-designed, and built to tight tolerances. The primary materials appear to be MDF with wood veneer, and a very sturdy welded metal frame. All the fasteners are generously-sized and more than adequate for the job being asked of them. However, there were small production flaws that make assembly difficult. The most serious one was on the threaded protrusion welded to the bed frame that is designed to accept the gas piston. The paint coating that protects the bed frame was applied far to thickly, which prevented a nut from engaging the threads. I had to cut out and scrape off all of the coating from the threads with a knife and sandpaper. A minor, but notable flaw with a very well-designed, high-quality product.

Took me a leisurely 3 days to put it together mostly by myself. (Female, 53) Clean look. Professionally made. Instructions were adequate - sometimes had to read thru steps a few times to make sure I didn't mess up. I would buy this again, if needed.

Our furniture is warranted to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship. These defects include all the imperfections that can affect the use of the product. As is most often the case, our warranty covers the normal use of the product. To this effect, note that except for the Outdoor collection, our furniture is not intended to be used outdoors.
Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of components and furniture for the period specified on the product sheet, and it does not include labor or assembly costs.
